Party Pens include a party barn, tables and fenced barnyard. They are located inside the Fall Fun Festival, with over 55 fun-filled attractions, photo features and friendly farm animals. Party Pen reservations are PERFECT for birthday parties, business or client appreciation events, church groups, team parties, family celebrations and more! Fall party reservations are available from September 3 - October 31 with three time slot options: 10:00- 12:00, 1:00 - 3:00 or 4:00 - 6:00.
There are 2 Party Packages available with your reservation. The Basic "a la carte" package is $50 (PLUS) your additional selections. The Fun of Fun Package is $325 in September and $395 in October. Please visit the Parties page at www.gaverfarm.com for full party package details. You do not need to select your package at the time of booking your reservation. Please make your package selection prior to check-in on the day of your party.

Check-in at the Admission Barn, pay the party balance and receive your wristbands. Each guest must purchase a Fall Fun Fest ticket to get the Party Pens. You are responsible for distributing wristbands to your guests.
A $50 ($100 for the premium Party Pen) non-refundable reservation deposit is due when you book your party.
Non-refundable UNLESS Gaver Farm closes the Fall Fun Fest on your party date; in which case your party will be cancelled, and the deposit fully refunded. Fall Fun Fest CLOSURES happen due to bad weather, poor farm conditions and state/local mandated closures.
You must pay for the remainder of the package, additional guests and any add-ons at check-in. No refunds are given for extra admissions purchased; you can exchange unused wristbands for passes to visit another time.

Guests purchasing admission on their own pay general admission (no discounts). Please see pricing on our website- tickets can be purchased online prior to your event, or onsite on the day of your visit. Please encourage guests paying on their own to purchase online tickets in advance as peak dates may be SOLD OUT.
Reservation includes ½ hour before your time slot for set-up and ½ hours after for clean-up.
Trash and recycling cans are provided. No electricity. No grill usage or open flames. No pets.
Each Party Pen includes (1) 8-foot table, (4) 6-foot picnic tables and (1) pinata hook.
Premium Party Pen #4 includes (2) 8-foot tables, (8) 6-foot picnic tables and (1) pinata hook.
Fall Fun Festival admission is for the entire day, not just during your party time slot!
Private group hayride can be scheduled anytime, not just during your party time slot!
